The market has been the worst it's been for over 20/30yrs in our space, so it's less likely that people would hit their target. It's still very tough out there, reps that previously hit 280% wouldn't hit 20% each quarter.

The product does not work in a down market. Lots of companies are moving back to in office and the product does not have a strong supply of talent that are open to in office work.
