When I Work has gone through a restructure nearly every year with layoffs since 2021. OTE has been cut by 10%+ every year due to lack of company performance. No growth opportunities in sales.

Not bad, not great. Product is easy to learn and demo. Plenty of inbound leads.

I loved working at When I Work! The culture is great and so is the product. The pay is the main draw back.

I'm one of the longest-tenured reps at WIW (5+ years) and have survived 3 CEOs and 2 layoffs (2 layoffs in 3 years, might I add). I've had great success with this company, as well as down-periods.
