The worst sales leadership role I ever had. Highest comp, least amount of support and an incredibly toxic culture of entitled bitter salespeople.

Great leadership and culture but the product was no longer sticky after the market shift with layoffs and budget cuts. It became more of a nice to have and not a must have product. Managers were great and working remotely was pretty cool as well.

The market has been the worst it's been for over 20/30yrs in our space, so it's less likely that people would hit their target. It's still very tough out there, reps that previously hit 280% wouldn't hit 20% each quarter.
