My experience is not great. There are some amazing people at the company that make it bearable. That said, there is little strategy with outbound work and prospecting. The expectations are continuously increasing and I've spent more time cold calling lack luster lead lists than anything. There is little inbound, very few reps are able to consistently hit quota.

Disappointing experience. Toxic sales leadership. Changing direction too often and quick to hire/fire. Didnt have enough structure to be able to do my job.
