The expectations are continuously increasing and I've spent more time cold calling lack luster lead lists than anything. There is little inbound, very few reps are able to consistently hit quota.

As an AE it felt like a revolving door as they were constantly hiring new reps to make up for reps that decided to leave and/or were fired.
