Highspot has changed a lot. With layoffs, base pay cut, quota increased, pay for each opportunity lowered. New leadership is trying to turn it around

The only reps who hit their targets are the reps who have been there for many years. They laid off practically everyone else, inbound leads are close to none, and the actual enablement internally has a lot of improvement to be made.

Great WLB, great training, great people to work with. Not in a closing position so not too familiar with the deal sizes, etc.
