Sold a dream, it's been a nightmare. They weren't transparent about the benefits and I had to come out of pocket on doctor's appointments because I was told I had day 1 benefits, when it actuality it was 90 days. I regret taking this position.

My overall experience so far has been difficult to say the least. Training is non existent , which leads to a 6-9 month transition into the role. Let alone being one of the lowest paid managers is a bit gut wrenching in itself. The product is good, but don't be prepared for compensation benefits.

This is an amazing company to work for. The culture is amazing, and your upper leadership actually care about your development. It is 100% commission roles, so it’s not for the faint of heart. This job is a grind, but if you’re willing to make the jump, you will build connections like you never have before, and be everything you set out to be.
