I have been with Heartland for the a couple of years now. I am a sales leader who is responsible for a high performing team. While our specific org has great culture, there isn’t much else to say about here other than….if you don’t perform well you won’t enjoy your time.

Sold a dream, it's been a nightmare. They weren't transparent about the benefits and I had to come out of pocket on doctor's appointments because I was told I had day 1 benefits, when it actuality it was 90 days. I regret taking this position.
