Back to ReviewsFormer Employee HSI should not be a recommended company on RepVue. Management is an absolute mess at the highest levels and does not care about their employees needs and concerns, only the bottom line and how "good" they will look to Waud Partners for buying up another competitor.
They constantly buy their competitor companies without any plan in place for the long term for a successful merging, and then shut down any of the products that made that newly purchased company great and known in the industry in the first place. Then they start laying off employees when company performance isn't up to their lofty and unattainable expectations. This happens year after year like clockwork. The UI/UX and LMS systems are always super glitchy and underperforming and clients are livid on a routine basis at being sold a song and dance routine when they end up with the garbage they are forced to pay for up front in full.
There is absolutely no job security at this company unless you're part of the C-suite/good old boys club ... and sadly those are who are wrecking this once good company ARE the C-suite and the only ones with job security.
