My experience, so far, has been positive and supportive of entry level BDR/SDR roles. Employees who meet quotas are given additional opportunities for advancement and higher quality leads. Leadership is also supportive and values the input of the BDR team.

HSI should not be a recommended company on RepVue. Management is an absolute mess at the highest levels and does not care about their employees needs and concerns, only the bottom line and how "good" they will look to Waud Partners for buying up another competitor.
