My overall experience was neutral. Being an optimist, I learned a lot in the process however the amount of opportunity and support from the organization in the enterprise vertical was insufficient to realize desired compensation. There were multiple sales leader transitions during my time as well. Many sales leaders and managers come from payroll and outside the healthcare and benefits industry.

My overall experience was positive. The leadership team at the exec level is fantastic. However, many of the direct sellers and even front line managers are extremely negative and do whatever they can in order to preserve their little patch.
