My overall experience was positive. The leadership team at the exec level is fantastic. However, many of the direct sellers and even front line managers are extremely negative and do whatever they can in order to preserve their little patch. Employees are allowed to take as much PTO as they want, but it really impacts the bottom line and there is very little progress made against projects or change that is required within the org.

My overall experience was neutral.
