This is an EXCELLENT company to work for. The people are amazing and it is uncapped commission. The more you sale, the more you make. The biggest thing is that the market is becoming very heavy in the use of open educational resources (OER), so it is incredibly hard to compete with free. Apparently, a few years back, every rep would hit commission, but since OER has exploded, that has not been the case. However, it does seem like the company is pivoting who we market to, and that has helped tremendously.

Overall positive experience but recent company acquisition leading to lots of transitions, new leadership, and lack of legacy rep knowledge. Most senior reps have left the company citing new quotas seem unrealistic. Lack of product development in recent years making platform difficult to compete.
