Corporate greed at its finest. People making decisions that directly impact employees on their sales floor without ever stepping foot in the stores. All employees are just a number and they only care about what the stockholders are going to think

Overall, the experience was ok. The base was $12 hourly, plus commission. I don't remember what the commission was, but I want to say 10%, but don't quote me on that.
