Reason: Their free software is too good and their leadership has not figured out how to monetize with features that exceed the value of the free versions. They are also very poor when it comes to educating reps. They basically give you a bunch of Youtube videos and send you on your way.

They know include solutions engineers in forecast calls and pipe gen activities?!? AE are not able to qualify opportunities. Solutions engineers have to carry everything.
