A huge number of people missed their target and last promotion in the sales team as a whole close to 2 years ago. lots of new hires who also aren't hitting target and as a result being let go in 9 month cycles

Working for Harri was one of the best experiences of my life. From the SVP of Sales to the CMO, they truly care about their employees and investing in their career growth. There should be a BDR Team Lead to help the Director of BD have more focus on developing her employees, but she truly does the best she can at a very agile and quick-moving startup!

Most sellers aren’t closing because the product is inherently broken.
