Good base pay and good industry, just questionable leadership, unrealistic expectation, ever changing policies/rules/quota, no flexibility, and extremely high turnover

Good first sales job for someone right out of college. Long sale cycle, and won't see commission for at least two months after closing a deal. Senior leadership out of touch with the company, stripping away benefits. If your manager is good you'll have a good experience. Very little diversity within the company, and not much opportunity for career advancement
