Former Employee Fast paced, strong industry for the most part. Company went under during Covid and was eventually acquired by another larger company in the industry. The pay wasn’t bad and there was upward promotional opportunities but overran the company was ran as a small company trying to be a larger company. The overall culture was better than most. Leadership was overall not bad but there were a lot of heads making decisions and influencing different areas that didn’t align well with the actual job and the company growth.
