Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The pay structure for OSR's is bottom of the industry. They try to make up for it with profit sharing and stock programs. These are great incentives if you have 2 incomes and are more focused on your future. If you are single and want a comfortable life NOW and not 5-7 years from now, then this is not the place for you. The red tape and bureaucracy were overwhelming. Everything was black and white and had its protocol and parameters. You cannot over-regulate your sales team and their tactics and remain competitive in markets where the smaller/regional distributors are willing to go above and beyond. My advice would be to stop nickel and diming your salespeople and incentivize your CSR's to actually care about their work, instead of going through the motions. Browse Other Reviews
