Lack of training, no clear career path, no quota for the Sales Trainee role. Which is good but 0 guidance in what you need to do. You have to find out yourself.

Overall, great company to work for. The pension and retirement benefits are second to none, but compensation in the industry is rock bottom, especially for high potential sales talent. I made 2x my total comp year 1 after leaving, and now make 5x+ 5 years later.
