Only truly able to support 2-3 sales reps per branch effectively. Unless you’re a “good ol boy” with 20+ years you likely won’t be one of them.

The pay structure for OSR's is bottom of the industry. They try to make up for it with profit sharing and stock programs. These are great incentives if you have 2 incomes and are more focused on your future. If you are single and want a comfortable life NOW and not 5-7 years from now, then this is not the place for you. Overall, a good company to sell for. Certain corporate departments were not set up for true field sales as they were low base pay with minimal incentive pay.
