These are great incentives if you have 2 incomes and are more focused on your future. If you are single and want a comfortable life NOW and not 5-7 years from now, then this is not the place for you. My title changed from Business Development Manager to Account Manager (which was different from an Outside Sales Rep) and they didn't seem to quite know how to compensate Account Managers. And then I got laid off during the pandemic.

Current Employee3.7Jan 6, 2024Don’t believe them when they say there’s a training program. There isn’t. You start off as a trainee and you figure it out. It’s hourly until you say you want inside sales and theres an actual opening for it.
