The company offered near zero training in how to develop the business. You were not compensated for winning new business past a good job and maybe a gift card. However, at your two year review they do factor in the success you have had in that sphere for a promotion to senior consultant. No matter how much you won for the company your compensation would not change except for a slightly higher year end bonus.
