Current Employee3.4Mar 14, 2024My overall experience has been positive at Granite, however, I see that I am an outlier in many instances, including hitting quota and making decent money. It takes a good amount of personal work ethic and diligence to even hit quota let alone succeed and a lot of people can't handle it.
