My overall experience at Goosehead was a negative one. There was not a lot of structure with training, at times I didn't receive any help at all. Leadership and culture was very toxic to say the least, I have never experienced anything like it.

Overall the experience gave me a ton of practice saying no and an appreciation for what I can do when I set my mind to it. Overall worked too hard for too little compensation, with no real help from “managers” or “sales coaches”. Biggest problem is they promoted ambitious sales people who had 0 interest in managing. Just wanted to make more money with more job...Read More
