My experience here has generally been positive, as I haven't had to exert much effort to surpass quotas or expectations. In terms of closing opportunities, leadership isn't particularly supportive, nor is their support necessarily required. I continue to work here primarily because of the work-life balance it offers, although compensation is not a strong point. Despite our repeated requests for increased compensation, leadership hasn't shown much concern in this regard.
