-Amazing colleagues who are very talented, friendly, and supportive.
-Great product design and functionality.
Cons:
-The base salary is below average and they never give sales reps promotional raises.
-The entire Sales Department missed its goals massively in H1 for 2024.
-Extremely low quota attainment due to a lack of good leadership, tools, and low-quality leads with poor data.
-The VP of Sales prefers to hire externally rather than promote from within.
-No upward mobility. There is no clear path to promotions. Not even a plan to follow.
-Reps are burnt out from low pay and constant changes to systems, management, and unrealistic quotas.
-All of 2024 sales reps have been burning and churning. Fired one day to the next.
Advice to Management
-Hire a more competent VP of Sales.
-Pay your employees at least the average salary for tech sales.
