Overall experience was solid (outside of some comp issues outlined below) had a good relationship with all leadership. The majority of management over my tenure was world class. Great leadership, business was on the bleeding edge in the market. Great opportunity to work some significant sized deals - I had less than 5 years of sales experience, and was working $1,000,000+ ACV deals. Quota was very hit or miss given volatility of deal size, and I am yet to hear of a more convoluted comp structure (Salesforce hygiene components, forecasted acv, real spend vs forecasted spend, average spend of first xyz months, total attainment to quota all impacted how much you’d make off 1 closed deal.) Hopefully has changed since then.

Overall experience was great! Learned a lot here but was let go due to the economic downturn in the beginning of 2023. Could have had a better way to handle this situation.
