Experience was good for the most part, but not a competitive base with very ambiguous and constantly changing variable pay structure. Deals were large, commission was not so much.

Overall experience was great! Learned a lot here but was let go due to the economic downturn in the beginning of 2023. Could have had a better way to handle this situation.
