Globus is a good organization. They can be quite cheap and a lot depends on your area director. They charge reps out of pocket for a lot of things, but have great technology and a good sales culture.

The company has no loyalty to its employees. It hires competitively to gain market share and sacrifices its current employees’ income and territory to negotiate these deals.
