The company has no loyalty to its employees. It hires competitively to gain market share and sacrifices its current employees’ income and territory to negotiate these deals. It rarely promotes from within and has constant personnel turnover. STMs and managers are allowed to do basically anything based on their leverage and ability to provide growth. The culture is toxic, and leadership is poor.

Globus is a good organization. They can be quite cheap and a lot depends on your area director. They charge reps out of pocket for a lot of things, but have great technology and a good sales culture.
