Training was great. Entry level pay is low, 9-5, micro managing down to seconds. You can bonus but it depends on how long you have been there. The best part is the ongoing sales training and support. It is a good place to build up skills in sales and learning insurance policies.

Very bad leadership, think of Glen Gary Glen Ross. Two year old leads, no coaching, Long hours 12 hour days 7 days a week. Very little compensation. If you’re ok with a 30% show ratio and dialing on zoom all day, this is the job! Bang your head ALL day for very little in return!
