Old fashioned company Terrible for training and development No positive feedback structure No promotion opportunities, appraisal was a form submitted to HR with no meeting Product market fit was off and misaligned Reps made to feel bad and zero team meetings

Leadership has gone downhill since the PE investment- good ones all cashed out. Best to avoid at all costs although front life thats left still cares. Semi organized chaos.
