Challenging to hit quota b/c majority of time needed to manage daily fires, support ticket resolution, generally keeping account satisfied, other AM non-revenue tasks that occupy time. Internal comms are challenging b/c teams geo-dispersed between Israel, UK, US. On positive side, customers using product consider it mission-critical, as long as AM proactively involved in account, b/c platform is sophisticated / complex, and users need a lot of attention.
