Lots had changed after GitLab went public. Culture is changing with new leadership coming in & hiring all their friends from past company. Sales reps quota attainment is negatively effected by customer churn. Constantly changing sales reps territories & accounts. Very limited BDR and Channel support

Great product, solid direction, good leadership - Too many reps in the field - very small territories and long sales cycle with minimal people hitting quota.
