The culture is great, and the company will always work with you to improve your performance and experience in the company. Good hybrid schedule allows for flexibility, and you can work up to 4 days remote with 6+ month tenure. Pay varies depending on the account you work, and is mostly fair for the entry level job. Overall this is a great place to learn some transferable skills and develop yourself toward a career.

GetScale is an awesome place to work for new grads. There are a lot of people who come straight from college with little sales experience. The office is always a good time and there are a lot of offsites and activities with your team. The people are the best part of the job.
