GetScale is an awesome place to work for new grads. There are a lot of people who come straight from college with little sales experience. The office is always a good time and there are a lot of offsites and activities with your team. The people are the best part of the job.

Overall, I enjoyed my time there. It was my first role out of college and I learned a lot about the sales process. The coworkers were great and so were the managers. I only left because while the commission is uncapped, it’s almost impossible to make more than $60k a year, I was looking for some more potential.

I suggest a reevaluation of the team structure for increased efficiency and better budgeting. This could entail exploring a more collaborative approach, promoting ISR independence and reconsidering the need for specific managerial roles.
