Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee While the company has an extremely impressive ability to execute with the ICP, a hunting role will be incredibly challenging given the lack of resources from a marketing perspective. Realize you’ll need to buy your own licenses for any prospecting tools/ systems/ approaches you’re currently using, and don’t count on your existing clients following you to the new company. That just doesn’t happen, because your existing company doesn’t address the ICP in the same way. I promise.
That said- if you can invest some of your own money breaking into new accounts, the value proposition is incredibly strong, the company has amazing internal resources (great CSM’s, SE’s, Service Delivery, Product Management) and it’s a nimble organization that truly has a get it done (NOW) culture. The new clients you bring on will be happy.
