Round robin lead distribution, but there were some higher level opps that got handed to particular team members. It would have been understandable if there was market segmentation between SMB, MM, and ENT but they specified there was not. Commissions communicated during interview process were undeliverable. The good was that they had some clear processes, decent cadences built, good sales ops manager in place, and excellent marketing team to support. Base pay and insurance was good too. The con was that you have unlimited OTE but were discouraged from taking much of it and were expected to make up for it. Paid hourly but expectation is that you cannot step away from your desk- had coworkers that were given reprimand for missing a slack message and not responding within 10-15 min. Browse Other Reviews
