Great lead flow. Very easy to hit targets. Company is changing massively that all the change feels like they are reeling and what once was a great culture is beginning to feel like the train is about to go off the tracks.

Great company, solid growth potential + culture. lots of changes due to recent dry up in private funding The management is always open to changes and improving Base salary is low as compared to market but overall you have the best work-life balance
