Teammates were cool and collaborative. Leaders were good and take feedback. Very flexible for work life balance. Everybody knows the brand which makes lead flow and prospecting easier. Biggest challenge was product market fit and they are challenged with a freight recession that’s out of their control. Haven’t invested or innovated the product in two years which is on them and that was the most frustrating thing while there.
