It has historically been a great culture is in the midst of changing that with a new go to market strategy. People are great. Compared to other SaaS orgs I think the comp is below market.

In fall 2024, they did an entire revamp of the entire sales org & strategy. They are trying to turn the organization into a tech sales org. It is not.
