Need upward movement for career growth/development. Promotion freeze has been ongoing for over a year now. Entry level sales jobs are not that attractive with low average quota attainment and low overall OTE. Lots of fall out in sales org and too much external hiring.

It was alright. Comp plan has improved this year but it was not great last year.

The BDR organization appears to be in decline, primarily due to ineffective leadership.
