Pro’s - Realistic MBO in the first 6 month to help new reps to ramp - Great base and OTE - Remote work, fully flexible as long as you achieve outcomes and results - Awesome team members, great teaming w/ cross functional teams - Autonomy and trust to do your job - Amazing onboarding/enablement resources, practical sales tools that actually work (make AE’s life easier and not just adding admin burden) - leadership actually wants to add value when supporting your deal - relevant product, critical investment for Enterprises - feel supported, trusted and recognised Con’s - capped superannuation contribution (never had this capped before and it feels wrong) - comp plan should better align with company’s revenue goals (I.e: non-ARR items, accelerators, etc) - some leaders should learn to speak less (pitch less) and listen more - brand awareness is low, hence inbound leads are non-existent. BUT: the product is great and competitive, so once you do have an opp, there is a high probability to win, and also upsell xsell on regular basis
