Con’s
- capped superannuation contribution (never had this capped before and it feels wrong)
- comp plan should better align with company’s revenue goals (I.e: non-ARR items, accelerators, etc)
- some leaders should learn to speak less (pitch less) and listen more
- brand awareness is low, hence inbound leads are non-existent. BUT: the product is great and competitive, so once you do have an opp, there is a high probability to win, and also upsell xsell on regular basis
