Back to ReviewsFormer Employee It’s Oracle 2.0. The culture isn’t toxic per se, but I wouldn’t call it a joyful place to work. There is next to bull diversity, and the ThomaBravo acquisition has really tanked the positives. No one is outright awful, it’s just not a fun culture, very crowded market share, and there are better competitors to work for. Ping merging with them may be the best thing that has happened. Massive RIF just happened and there are more to come, so beware of any openings.
