Flock was tumultuous. Told to be CEO of your territory, next you are micromanaged on every communication platform about "deal updates". Directors have little to no industry experience, absolutely zero leadership skills. Territory changes are made on a whim, often cut in half, with unrealistic quota expectations. If you don't have a path to quota, you are gaslit and made to feel incompetent at your job. Every Friday you gather for a pep rally, otherwise known as All Hands meeting, to sing the company praises, to turn around for YOUR chance to be publicly humiliated on a forecast call over deal notes. HR is a complete joke, you reach out and you have just put a target on your back for a PIP. Extremely disappointing to have such a great product, work with talented sales professionals, exceptional PMF, & wake up everyday to a new fresh Hell. Fear is the culture they live and instill in every Director. I experienced this first hand & along with my peers. It’s more than evident “Leadership” doesn’t care to change the behavior and in fact encourages it. Highly do not recommend to anyone, especially if you are a person of color or woman.

Solid company, solid role. The PMF can’t be beat and were consistently enhancing the existing products and creating new ones. Definitely a degree of micromanagement but you’re largely left alone if you are hitting quota. They’re adding new sales people left and right and cutting territories and increasing quotas. Great remote flexibility and leadership that is very accomplished in their sales careers. Great inbound and referral pipeline opportunities. Fantastic product that actually helps communities and works well. Great internal partners. Aggressive quotas that are achievable, but entire team will not hit. Long, complex sales cycle that is sometimes out of your control.
