Are sales targets at Flock Safety achievable and on track? Have they seen an upward trend or decline in recent quarters?

PIP factory.  Highly political.  Success is highly dependent on territory and what stage (i.e. expansion, net new, etc.).  Most successful deals are land and expand.  If you're on the land side, best of luck.  If you come into a territory with expansion opportunities, you're sitting better.   Sales leadership is the missing ingredient here.  Good pay, great products, interesting category.  Sales leaders are the issue.  If you're interviewing, ask to speak with the longest tenured rep, ask in depth questions about their deals, deal cycle, how many reps have been promoted, how long has manager been with the company, culture on the team.  Get solid examples real world examples.  Ask for real time lines on deal cycles and compare that to ramp and quota performance expectations.  The golden age for Flock will likely be after IPO and when current CRO and his cronies are phased out for a professional leadership team.

It depends on the territory.  They have extremely unrealistic and unattainable quotas for a large portion of the states, but other states it’s doable. They’re definitely on the incline as a whole and they have traction in the market, but it’s a PIP factory and the goals are a far stretch

Significantly less than 50% of reps hit Quota in Q1, and tracking for even lower in Q2. They’ve lowered commission rates & raised quotas this year, and as stated before, increased the chances of getting put on a PIP. They hand them out like candy around this place.
