Cons: larger strategy and execution from leadership is shaky at best. Consistent changes made to strategy, process, staffing; all of which have burned valuable time and funding, leaving employees to pay for consequences in the form of career advancement opportunities being deprioritized and layoffs.
Brutal market conditions post-pandemic haven't helped. Definitely a big opportunity here once market flips and freight starts moving.
