Sales culture is pretty dysfunctional. Zero transparency from leadership, internal processes constantly changing, micro-management is rapidly increasing & org is led by someone with zero closing experience.

Flexport is a great company, the culture is fantastic and everyone is willing to help out if you have questions. It is a very independent role where you are expected to lead and teach yourself a lot of things or reach out to others.
