The technology drives savings in every account and the company strives to have the best SAM offering in the space. The comp plan was the best of my career when I was a Major Account Manager and the CEO has been great about rewarding and recognizing top performing sellers.

Lots of pay inequity among the reps, and no one hits quota. 50K deals take 9-18 months to close.
